Dr. Adam Jagiello-Rusilowski

Adam completed his PhD in Educational Psychology from University of Gdansk and also studied Community Development at Picker Centre (Columbia University, NYC) and Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD.

As a Fellow of Ford and Ashoka, Adam is a clear advocate and leader who is working to build purposeful communities of practice that place the fundamental needs of the societies at the forefront of sustainable change and innovation. A social innovator, who through education is paving the way for the advancement of underprivileged youth, Adam has worked for European and global organizations
(EU parliament, European Cultural Foundation, UNWRA, Open Society Institute) as an expert of inclusive art-based learning and has built international changemakers’ campuses at several universities in Europe and Asia serving as an executive (Department Head, Dean of Students), an intrapreneur and a visiting professor. He therefore carries his years and experiences of educational change expertise into his contributions for ISEF.
