Social Solution

Zarttech, founder of ISEF, ISEF itself and Zart Talent have all come together and have each been founded in order to tackle three mutual goals - with the overarching mission to eradicate global inequality. Although each entity combats this mission with various strategies and solutions, we hope that together we can ensure a sustainable, ethical and impactful difference within communities and society as a whole.

  • Race, Gender and Identity
Race, gender and identity inclusivity, in particular within the workforce, is crucial to ensure the success of entities across the world as well as combat gender inequality and bridge the current gap.
  • Talent & Knowledge
we aim to implement a self-sustainable model to provide to countries across the world, whilst paying attention to existing gaps in foundational skills and other skills required to cope with rapidly changing jobs.
  • Socio-Econimic
For us, this socio-economic gap is unexplainably unjust and hence we are on a mission to help break the poverty cycle and ensure socio-economic development is met to bridge the enormous inequality gap which exists today.

Our Strategy

ISEF’S strategy to bridging these gaps begins with providing sustainable education to communities around the world. Sustainability to ISEF is ensuring a communal method of educating young individuals - we want communities to work together for the greater good and ensure the process is self-sustaining and not reliant on financial means. We can equip the future populations to prosper in a globalized and interconnected world, take up opportunities to advance themselves, their families and local communities, and take up action towards sustainable and inclusive economic development.

Each of us have strengths and weaknesses and this is also reflected in countries too. Therefore, we at ISEF plan to leverage on such strengths and together eliminate each other’s weaknesses. As representatives of the world we can come together to combat global inequality which is fueled by the education gap. Thus, by addressing this gap we hope to educate those who have lack of access to such resources and thereby creating a strong and the continual process toward creating a more equal world where everyone is made better together.

Sustainable Development Goals

With these Mission and Goals we stand-by the SDGs and as ISEF continues to achieve its social-impact goals, we would significantly contribute to solving 9 out of 17 SDGs of the United Nations. Through our sustainable operations design, we will address economic growth and development in Africa. We believe that this is the right time for Africa to merge with the Western world in terms of living standards and economic opportunities. Therefore, our foundation addresses 9 SDGs by the United Nations.
